Robert Flubacker Architects, Ltd. has several guiding principles that have made the firm a leader in residential architecture since 1991.
To provide the highest quality design of any firm in our market segment
RFA provides designs that are integrated and cohesive, whether they are new construction designs that are energetic and alive, or remodeling work that results in a strong, unified whole. The outcome is a project that is rich in character while meeting the needs of the client.
To provide high quality, complete, and accurate construction documents
These working drawings typically include details on interior finishes, exterior material selections, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing layouts and specifications. A focus on accuracy of the drawings, completeness of specification, as well as “buildability” lead to accurate and complete bids from contractors. RFA commonly receives referrals from contractors based on the quality of these construction documents.
To provide the highest value, most comprehensive customer service to clients
Perhaps the most important principle, this applies to all phases of the project, from the beginning of the design phase, all the way through to construction and completion of the project. RFA aims to be a strong resource to its client in many ways. This includes product selection during the design development phase, contractor selection after bidding, and assistance in the management of the construction process.
